Our Impactful Programs

Female-only Incubation

Women entrepreneurs in Cameroon face limited access to resources, mentorship, formalization support, and early-stage funding — hindering their ability to launch and grow impactful businesses. Our 3-month female-only incubation program supports women entrepreneurs in Cameroon with mentorship, workspace, networking, and business formalization. The program offers scholarships, fee reimbursements, and a $1,000 grant for the most impactful project to help participants launch their ventures.

Digital Transformation

Entrepreneurs in Cameroon continue to struggle with paper-based processes and manual service delivery, leading to inefficiencies, time loss, and reduced revenue. Our digital transformation program supports SMEs to digitize their operations through the adoption of technologies. This program helps them improve processes, boost productivity, enhance competitiveness, and increase revenue. Additionally, the program raises awareness on environmental best practices and supports entrepreneurs in assessing and reducing their carbon emissions.

Youth Impact Fellowship

In Cameroon, many young people face challenges in securing their first immersive experience within a professional environment. To address this, we host impact fellows for a four-month paid internship focused on entrepreneurial support and ecosystem strengthening. By the end of the program, they have become vectors of change and either pursue careers in social entrepreneurship with courage and knowledge.

ENGEN — Empowering the Next Generation of (Young) Entrepreneurs

70–80% of startups in Cameroon fail within the first five years due to inadequate training, lack of customers, and 45% of SME managers have only a secondary education. The ENGEN program supports startups, small business owners, and managers by strengthening their entrepreneurial capacity, helping them identify viable market opportunities, write business plans, develop clear value propositions, leverage digital tools to improve performance, and design strong bankable business models that attract finance.
